The story

The Seychelles arm of the Pam Golding group, selling island property into an international buyer market from within a network that spans sub-Saharan Africa and the Indian Ocean islands.

Objectives

Bring the cost of a qualified enquiry down in a market with a small, scattered buyer pool.

Our approach

A buyer pool this thin punishes broad targeting harder than most. The work has been on precision rather than reach, and the cost per lead has come down on both channels rather than one channel subsidising the other.

The results

Cost per lead fell on both channels at once, and Google lead volume rose 42% alongside it.

  • Google leads up 42%, cost per lead down 31%.
  • Meta cost per lead down 24% and cost per click down 33%.
  • Google cost per click down 7%.

"Both channels got cheaper per enquiry. Neither was funded by giving up on the other."
